How it works
Our consultation starts off discussing your goals and managing expectations. Once you’ve decided to work with us, we’ll do an initial walk-through of your whole house or condo as your buyer would and provide you with our assessment, which includes furniture, accessories, room focal points and paint color, lighting, flow, smells, and clutter.
From there, we layout a staging proposal plan and other recommended services to help you make that quick sale.
Option 1 – Home Staging Consultation
This service provides you with a guide, recommendations and a checklist.
- Walk-through: A room-by-room and property assessment by a Canadian Certified Staging Professional.
- Detailed recommendations: A personalized document that highlights recommendations for showcasing your home successfully.
- Recommendations for re-arranging existing furniture and accessories.
- De-cluttering advice.
- Identification of minor interior and exterior repair opportunities.
- Recommendations and checklists included in your personal Home Staging Consulting Report.
Option 2 – Home Staging
Project management: We do the job of staging your home or condo. This will include rearranging your furniture, hanging art and placing decorative accessories. This may include renting some furniture and accessories.
Option 3 – Full Staging
Ideal for vacant locations and Model homes. Project management: We stage your place with rental furnishings and accessories.
